RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Our success depends on your satisfaction. While we are constantly striving to provide our customers with the information they need to make educated, online purchases, we understand there is no substitute for “touching and feeling”. We want you to have peace of mind in knowing that you can always return your purchase for a full refund of the product price if, after holding it in your hands or trying it on, you are not completely satisfied.
Our policy is simple. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days of delivery in its original unused condition and your credit card will be credited for a full refund of the product price, less the shipping, handling, and restocking fee of 15%.
The item must be returned in good condition in original box and with all paperwork, packing slip, parts and accessories to insure full credit.
Please allow a minimum of 10 days for refunds to be processed.
RETURNS – (defective)
Upon arrival, inspect your shipment carefully. If there is any loss or damage, please contact us within 7 days. EastBay Skateboards does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe your product is defective, please return with a brief explanation of the defect. When Eastbay Skateboards receives notification that the returned defective product has been received and has been determined to be defective, a full refund will be issued. Due to limited stock, replacement product may not be available and cannot be guaranteed.
Your account will be credited according to your method of payment. Shipping costs may be refunded depending upon the particular circumstances.
All returns must have a Return Authorization number. Contact us for this number. Return items should be sent via UPS, FedEx or insured parcel post. All returns must be insured.
If EastBay Skateboards ships a product other that the product ordered, the customer will receive the correct product or a full refund, including shipping. However, due to limited stock, replacement product may not be available and cannot be guaranteed.
We will not be obligated to accept any returns of products submitted beyond the 30 days of receipt of product.
